My individual coaching appointments are via the telephone which my clients find very effective and convenient to schedule. During our call:

  • We’ll explore who you are – – really;
  • Dream of what could be;
  • Discover what is truly most important in your life;
  • Create a plan and take action to achieve your goals and dreams;
  • Together – we will eliminate obstacles and barriers that get in your way.

You will gain the ability to recognize, eliminate and replace obstacles or roadblocks that hold you back from the success you deserve.

As your coach, I will work with you in drawing on your own knowledge and wisdom to find the solutions that work for you. I will provide the questions – – YOU already have all the answers. Let’s bring them to life!
